Amazon E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Trilogy NextGen is looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and AI-forward e-commerce marketer to work onsite with one of our long-term strategic marketing and logistics customers in Irving, TX.

This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who understands e-commerce, is comfortable with Amazon, and is excited about using AI to create content, images, product listings, and compelling online customer experiences.

You do not need to know everything on Day 1. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, experiments with new technology, and knows how to make products stand out online.

What You'll Do

• Create and optimize Amazon product listings.
• Write product titles, bullets, descriptions, and marketing content.
• Help manage and improve the overall Amazon customer experience.
• Use Generative AI tools for copywriting, research, ideation, and productivity.
• Create and enhance product imagery using AI image-generation and creative tools.
• Support e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing initiatives.
• Review competitor listings and identify ways to improve product presentation.
• Help maintain accurate, compelling, and consistent product content.
• Experiment with new AI and e-commerce tools to improve speed and quality.

What We're Looking For

• Recent college graduate or early-career candidate.
• Familiarity with Amazon and e-commerce.
• Very comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
• Hands-on interest in ChatGPT, Generative AI, AI image generation, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with good visual instincts.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Marketing, e-commerce, communications, business, design, or related degree is helpful but not required.
• Previous Amazon Seller Central or marketplace experience is a plus, but not required.

We're less interested in a long resume and more interested in someone who is curious, creative, tech savvy, and learns fast. If you're the person your friends ask about the newest AI tool, you know your way around Amazon, and you can turn a mediocre product listing into something customers actually want to click on, we'd like to talk to you.

This is an onsite role in Irving, TX and requires direct employment with Trilogy NextGen.
