Overview

This policy explains what information Trilogy NextGen ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or contact us through it, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need and do not sell personal information.

Information you provide

When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, phone number, the area you are interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email. We use this information to respond to you and to follow up about your inquiry.

Fit finder

If you use our fit finder, your industry and challenge choices are processed in your browser to show where we fit. We also record those choices with a random identifier that is not linked to you, only to count how the tool is used. If you describe a problem we do not list, we remove links, email addresses, phone numbers and long numbers from it, may send the result to Anthropic to match it to our list, and keep it without any identifier so we can see which needs we should add. If you ask for a brief, we collect your name, email address, company, and the optional note describing your problem. Your industry and challenge choices, and your note after links, email addresses, phone numbers and long numbers are removed, are sent to Anthropic, an AI provider, to draft the brief, which we then email to you. Your name and email are not sent to Anthropic. We keep your request alongside our other inquiries.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, where people click and scroll, and whether contact forms are submitted. Clarity records how visitors move through pages so we can improve the design; it does not record what you type into our forms. Google Analytics and Clarity set cookies to tell visits apart. When you first visit, a notice tells you about the cookies this site uses and records your response on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Business visitor identification

We use business visitor identification services, currently Leadfeeder (Dealfront) and ZoomInfo WebSights, to identify the companies, and in some cases the business contacts, that visit this site, using information such as your IP address and cookies. We use this to understand which organizations are interested in our services and to follow up on business inquiries. These providers process this data under their own privacy policies.

Spam and bot protection

To keep automated spam out of our inbox, the contact form and the fit finder are protected by Vercel BotID, which checks signals from your browser when you submit the form. These checks are used only to tell people from bots.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you: Vercel, which hosts the site; Sanity, which stores site content and contact form submissions; Microsoft, whose email service delivers form submissions to our team and fit finder briefs to you; Anthropic, whose AI model drafts fit finder briefs from your industry and challenge choices; and Upstash, which stores anonymous fit finder usage counts. Job applications are handled on LinkedIn under LinkedIn's own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this site and restricted access to form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can browse this site without submitting any personal details. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, and residents of some US states have additional rights under their state laws. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
