About the Role

Trilogy India is looking for a highly motivated Associate Full-Stack Developer to join our product engineering team supporting Trilogy NextGen in the United States.

We are building modern logistics and AI solutions that connect software with real-world supply chain operations, including inventory tracking, enterprise logistics platforms, automation, telemetry, and AI-enabled workflows.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer who loves to build, learns quickly, and actively uses modern AI tools to become a better engineer.

You will work alongside experienced engineers and US-based technology leadership while taking ownership of real product features from day one.

What You Will Do

• Develop front-end features using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build and consume REST APIs.
• Support backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Integrate applications with logistics and enterprise platforms.
• Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools to improve development productivity.
• Help integrate LLM and AI APIs into product features.
• Write unit tests and support automated testing.
• Debug application and integration issues.
• Work with senior engineers to understand system architecture and design decisions.
• Participate in daily collaboration with the Trilogy NextGen US team.
• Learn logistics concepts such as inventory tracking, warehouse systems, manufacturing systems, and yard operations.

What We Are Looking For

• 0-2 years of software-development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Exposure to backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and web applications.
• Comfortable using Git and modern development tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity about AI and modern software-development tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and ask good questions when needed.
• Willingness to overlap with US working hours.

Strong Plus

• Personal GitHub projects, hackathons, college projects, or independent applications.
• Experience experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI APIs, or other AI platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms.
• Interest in logistics, robotics, IoT, manufacturing, or supply-chain technology.
• Experience with sensors, telemetry, or hardware integrations.
