About the Role

Trilogy India is seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer to help build our next generation of logistics, automation, and AI products.

Our solutions bridge physical supply-chain operations with modern software, AI, and edge connectivity. This includes integrations with warehouse systems, manufacturing systems, yard-management platforms, autonomous mobile robots, and real-time inventory telemetry.

This role is designed for someone who wants more responsibility than simply closing development tickets. You will be expected to build end-to-end features, solve complex integration problems, and progressively take greater ownership of technical design and architecture.

What You Will Do

• Build and deploy full-stack product features across front-end and backend services.
• Develop modern user interfaces using React.
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Integrate with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Yard Management Systems (YMS), ERP platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI capabilities into applications.
• Support use cases including smart querying, document/data parsing, vision AI, and automation.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Work with real-time or near-real-time data from IoT devices, sensors, robotics, or edge systems.
• Troubleshoot third-party integrations and complex technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Recommend improvements to application design and architecture.
• Collaborate directly with Trilogy NextGen US leadership during a daily overlap window.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with React.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and application integration.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Comfortable debugging complex application and integration issues.
• Active interest in Generative AI and LLM-based development.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-starter who researches, experiments, and proposes solutions rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
• Willingness to work with Trilogy NextGen US teams during required overlap hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other model APIs.
• Exposure to RAG, embeddings, vector search, or AI agents.
• Experience with logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial applications.
• Experience with WMS, MES, YMS, or ERP systems.
• Exposure to IoT, telemetry, sensors, edge computing, or robotics.
• Experience building software that interacts with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
• Side projects, open-source contributions, or independent SaaS/product development.
