About the Role

Trilogy India is looking for a mid-level Project Coordinator / Technical Project Manager to help lead multiple software-development projects and coordinate the work of developers across our India and US teams.

This is not a role for someone whose primary skill is updating spreadsheets and scheduling meetings. We need someone who can take ownership of delivery, keep developers moving, identify blockers, drive work to completion, and communicate clearly with Trilogy NextGen leadership in the US.

Just as importantly, we want someone with good judgment.

We do not want a project manager who blindly drives a team toward the wrong deliverable simply because it was written in a ticket. The right person knows when to move independently and when to stop, recognize ambiguity, and ask the right question before the team spends days building the wrong thing.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple software-development projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across several developers and technical resources.
• Translate business objectives and discussions into clear tasks, priorities, milestones, and expected outcomes.
• Drive assigned work through to actual completion, not simply status reporting.
• Track commitments, dependencies, blockers, risks, and delivery dates.
• Follow up proactively with team members and ensure commitments do not disappear between meetings.
• Conduct regular project and developer check-ins without creating unnecessary process or meetings.
• Work directly with Trilogy NextGen's US leadership and technical teams to clarify priorities and requirements.
• Identify unclear or conflicting requirements before significant development effort is wasted.
• Ask thoughtful questions when requirements, priorities, or expected outcomes do not make sense.
• Escalate issues early with context, potential impact, and recommended next steps.
• Help developers stay focused on the highest-priority work.
• Coordinate testing, reviews, approvals, and production readiness.
• Maintain concise project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Help improve delivery processes as the Trilogy India development organization grows.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, software delivery, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating software developers and multiple concurrent development projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with US-based technical and business leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A strong sense of ownership: if something is assigned to your team, you stay with it until it is completed or clearly escalated.
• Ability to recognize when information is missing, requirements are unclear, or a team may be heading in the wrong direction.
• Confidence to stop and ask the right questions rather than blindly execute.
• Ability to distinguish between situations where you should make a reasonable decision yourself and situations where leadership input is necessary.
• Comfortable holding developers accountable while maintaining a collaborative working environment.
• Ability to summarize complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Teams, Slack, or similar project-development platforms.
• Willingness to flex working hours to collaborate with US teams when projects, meetings, or critical issues require it.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with distributed India/US development teams.
• Background supporting Agile software-development teams.
• Technical understanding of APIs, web applications, cloud platforms, databases, AI, or software-development concepts.
• Experience coordinating developers across front-end, backend, data, AI, QA, or DevOps workstreams.
• Experience with logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, financial services, or enterprise technology projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools for meeting summaries, requirements analysis, documentation, project tracking, or productivity.

...and turn that into an organized plan, coordinate the right people, keep the work moving, and get it delivered.

But we also expect you to recognize:

"Something about this doesn't add up. Before I send three developers down this path, I need to ask a question."

That judgment is as important to us as project-management experience.

Working With Trilogy NextGen US

This role is employed by Trilogy India and works closely with Trilogy NextGen's US leadership, customers, and development teams.

The position is remote within India. We are not requiring a permanent US-hours schedule, but candidates must be comfortable adjusting their schedule when necessary for important planning sessions, customer discussions, project reviews, releases, or critical delivery issues.
